Service reference

Mark the parcel with our service reference.
Please contact us and ask for the reference “RMAXDA-000000” before you dispatch the parcel to us for service.

This is what happens after we get your devices here in Sweden

PrismaTibro will confirm that the devices have been received.
The devices will be inspected to troubleshoot any eventual problems.
The cost estimate will be provided for customer’s approval. If the devices were under warranty, then no further approval is required.
The customer will decide whether the service shall be completed or not.
After approval, the service will be carried out and the customer will be informed when the devices are ready for delivery.
The service is completed and the case is closed.
