Troubleshooting Prisma Daps<\/h1>\n

\npress on the push front
\nNo light
\nNo sound<\/td>\n		Check that the power supply is available on: (I\/O-terminal 10* and 11*)
\nOther models<\/strong>
\nCheck that power supply is available on RED\u00a0(I\/O-terminal 4* and 5*) and GREEN (I\/O-terminal 6* and *5) phases respectively.
\nIf available: Check the fuses with ohm meters and replace the blown ones with the correct mA number.
\nIf both the power supply and fuses are OK, replace the Prisma Daps unit and send the broken one to PrismaTibro.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Red light on the LED lens in front<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck that lamp power supply is available on: I\/O-terminal 4,5 and 6*
\nReset the power supply: Disconnect wire 10* and 11*, and reconnect again.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
No locating sound<\/strong>
\nNo sound during either RED or GREEN phases<\/td>\n		\u2022 Does it work to push the front but<\/strong> without notification sound, then check the loudspeaker
\n\u2022 Is it mechanically complete?
\n\u2022 Is the magnet in place?
\n\u2022 Does ohm measurement across the loudspeaker provides about 6-10 ohms?
\n\u2022 Is the night option on?
\n\u2022 Is there any power supply between I\/O-terminal 21* and 5*?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Locating sound during RED phase only<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck incoming power supply<\/strong> on GREEN phase: I\/O-terminal 5* and 6*.
\nIf the power supply is available, then replace the Prisma Daps unit and send the broken one to PrismaTibro.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Vibrator out of function<\/strong><\/td>\nMake sure the cable is connected to the card.<\/strong>
\nIn older models, there is a fuse that needs to be checked or replaced, located right next to the connector of the vibrator.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
LED lens in front and LED light ring lights or flashes when it should not<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the power supply between blue and brown wire to the electronic module.\u2028<\/strong>
\nIf the voltage is higher than 120 V, there is a power leakage from the traffic control or the power is induced due to poor cabling in the infrastructure, \u2028In such case load resistors to be mounted in the traffic control.\u2028Prisma Daps 2000\u2022L and Prisma Daps 2000\u2022M can also be completed with load resistor cards that can easily be mounted next to the electronic modules.\u2028Contact PrismaTibro for more info.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
