Addtech AB, owner since July 2018<\/h1>\n

Addtech AB<\/strong><\/a> acquired all the shares in Prisma Teknik AB and Prisma Light AB in July 2018. Nine months later, in April 2019, Prisma Light and Prisma Teknik were merged into a single company: PrismaTibro AB.<\/p>\n

Addtech AB is a Swedish publicly listed technical solutions group. Its operations consist of approximately 150 independent companies that sell high-tech products and solutions to customers primarily in the manufacturing industry and infrastructure in approximately 25 countries. Addtech creates optimal conditions for the profitability and growth of its subsidiary companies.<\/p>\n

PrismaTibro remains in Tibro<\/h2>\n

PrismaTibro is based in Tibro. Addtech’s philosophy is characterized by entrepreneurship on a large scale. Therefore, it is a natural decision for PrismaTibro to continue all development, manufacturing, and sales activities in Tibro. For all of us working at PrismaTibro, for our customers and suppliers, it is, in other words, business as usual.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Development<\/h3>\n

Sustainability is one of Addtech’s most important aspects. The group operates based on the global goals and is a member of the UN Global Compact. Addtech analyzes risks and opportunities to support its constituent companies in business development, so that these companies can contribute to a transition towards a more sustainable society and industry.<\/p>\n
