- Prisma Tibro will confirm that the devices have been received
- The devices will be inspected to troubleshoot any eventual problems.
- The cost estimate will be provided for customer’s approval and if it was under warranty then no further approval is required.
- The customer will decide whether the service to be completed or not.
- After getting the approval the service will be processed and the customer will be informed when the devices are ready for delivery.
- The service is completed and the case is closed.
