Good to know about battery charging Prisma DI

Prisma DI is equipped with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery. Here is some information regarding the battery that is beneficial to be aware of, and some guidelines to ensure optimal battery performance and longevity:

• When the power of the battery goes low, a battery indicator will indicate low battery level on the left side of the display.
• It is recommended to charge the battery using the provided charger until the LED indicator on the charger transitions from red to green.
• If the Prisma DI-5C and/or Prisma DI-5 deflection indicator is not in use for an extended period, periodic charging is still essential. It is necessary to recharge the battery at least once a year.
• Avoid utilizing the charger as a power supply during measurements; its sole purpose is for recharging the Li-Ion battery.
